More than 28 years of experience as clinical dietician and catering manager. A well-presented, self-motivated and confident dietitian with experience of assessing a patients' nutritional needs, then developing and implementing nutrition programs for them. Possessing the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information about dietary matters in an understandable form to patients. Having a proven track record of successfully promoting healthy eating habits to communities and suggest diet modifications to individuals. Member of the quality team for JCI accreditation, done in Med Care Hospitals 4 times. Experience in supervising the junior dietician , the principles and methods for curriculum , training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups .and the measurement of training effects. Responsible for planning, administrating and supervising an organization’s catering operations and services, maintaining high standard of hygiene with flowing the HACCP system. Now looking to further an already successful career by working for a caring, reputable and ambitious organization
